Fire truck, also known as fire fighting truck, refers to a vehicle designed and manufactured according to needs to be suitable for firefighters to ride on, equipped with various fire equipment or fire extinguishing agents, and used by fire fighters to extinguish fires, assist fire extinguishing or fire rescue. It is usually a double seats vehicle. Fire departments in most countries, including China, will also use it for other emergency rescue purposes. In this month, SPV dispatched 1 unit of 4X4 off-road fire fighting truck to one of Latin America country, this unit of fire resuce truck manufactured with Sinotruk Chassis, 4X4 Left hand drive, and installed 2 different capacity tanks, one is 1,000 litres foam tank, and another one is 4,000 litres water tank, so the total capacity of this fire engine truck is 5,000 litres. All of the tanks' material are stainless steel, which kind of tanks can effectively prevent rust and corrosion.

The material of refrigerator van boxes are fiberglass reinforced plastic and polyurethane foam, these two kinds materials are main used in manufacturing frozen vehicle's materials. More views about these two types of materials as below:

Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP)
The application of fiberglass plates in refrigerated trucks is mainly reflected in their sandwich structure. The interior of the refrigerated truck's compartment panel uses a Z-shaped reinforced rib structure, and the inner and outer surfaces are made of fiberglass. The core of the internal panel is made of rigid polyurethane foam material. This material has the following advantages:

High strength: Fiberglass plates have high strength and can withstand significant external forces.

Good anti-corrosion performance: Fiberglass plates have good anti-corrosion performance and are suitable for humid environments.

Lightweight: The density of fiberglass sheet is light, which helps to reduce the overall weight of the vehicle.

Polyurethane foam (PU)

Polyurethane foam is mainly used for heat preservation in refrigerated vehicles. Its advantages include:

Good thermal insulation effect: polyurethane foam has low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect, and can maintain a low temperature environment for a long time.

Low cost: Compared with other thermal insulation materials, polyurethane foam has lower cost and is suitable for large-scale production and use.

【April. 2024】To Egypt – 3 Units of Fuel Tank Truck ISUZU (4,000 Litres)

SPV got repeat order form DR Congo for 3 units of fire frighting truck Sinotruk(12,000 litres) in 2024. This is the 3rd repeat order for this type fire truck.

This fire truck consists of 10,000 litres water tank and 2,000 litres foam tank. It adopts famous Sinotruk chassis which is Chinese reputable heavy duty chassis brand. It equips with Sinotruk engine 336 hp, 10 speed forward & 2 reverse gear box, 11.00R20 radial tyres, double cabin which could allow 2+4 people.

For the fire fighting function, we adopt CB10/60 fire pump and water & foam combination monitor PS48. Fire pump flow rate: 60 L/s, fire monitor flow rate: 48 L/s. Other accessories along with truck please refer to below pictures. As Congo uses Germany type fire hydrant, so we specially equipped with all our couplings to Germany type.

This whole truck has nice shape and color, truck color could be costomized and logo could be painted according to clients instruction.
