SPV is shipping rollback towing truck ISUZU at 25th, December, 2019. SPV celebrate Christmas with their working efforts.
This truck is customized blue color. As it will used to tow roadster, the whole flatbed could be roll onto ground to suit the short ground clearance of roadster.
According to clients requirements, this rollback towing truck ISUZU could load 3 tons car on flatbed and towing 5 tons breakdown car with its "L" fork.
This blue ISUZU rollback towing truck equips with ISUZU engine 190 hp, model: 4HK1-TC51; power asssisted steering; ISUZU MLD transmission: 6 speed forward, 1 reverse; 235/75R17.5 tyres. Whole configuration is high grade.

SPV finished order for Brunei clients who ordered 2 umits of garbage compactor bodies(10 CBM) in Octomber, 2019. They will use right hand drive Mitsubishi chassis to mount 10 CBM garbage truck body.
We have plenty experience of exporting compactor body superstructure. We sold 8 units of garbage compactor truck bodies to Myanmar in 2016 who needs Completely Knocked Down parts and assembled them under our engineers' on-site guidance.

For these 2 units of 10 CBM garbage compactor bodies, as clients want to mounted on Mitsubishi chassis which wheelbase is only 3680 mm, our engineers spent lots of time on designing as usually the wheelbase should be 3950-4500 mm. We always made the best choice to guard good qaulity. For the multi-way valve, we adopted Italy brand which is super durable.
As there are many kinds of bins in Brunei, we designed the bin lifter to be multi-functioned. It could lift 120-240 L dustbins with comb, 660 L-1100 L dustins with trunnion and 150L steel round bin.
Afer we finished the whole bodies, we mounted them onto our chassis to test the function. Then we disassembled the tailgate and the bin lifter to make sure the whole unit could be put into 40" HQ. It's very difficult job to put them into container as they are not regular objects. Thanks to our loading team, they loading them with crane and forklift truck successfully.

SPV delivered 2 units of pesticide spraying truck Dongfeng to Fuzhou city, China. This is a domestic order for friend who have big landscaping company.
China is Euro 5 emission standard now. So these two trucks are using Euro 5 Cummins engine 180 hp. The tank capacity is 10,000 litres, besides the function of pesticide sparying, it also keeps normal water spraying truck functions: front spraying, side spraying, rear spraying and water cannon shooting. So these two water trucks are multi-functioning.
We designed the front sprayer to be pneumatic control as clients said it's not convenient to open and close the front sprayer on road. With pnuematic controlled front sprayer, the worker could open and close the sprayer in cabin. And the left and right sprayer could work seperately or together. Much more convenient.
The rear pesticide sprayer is driving by seperated diesel generator. Spayer could be remoted control and automatic rotation, up and down. So it could spray pesticide at any direction. Super convenient.

After receiving 5 units of SINOTRUK trucks in April, our Mongolia clients placed continuous order for sixth SINOTRUK water spraying truck(20,000 litres) in July, 2019. We finished production today will dispatch it to Chinese boarder Erlian city.
For this water spraying truck Sinotruk(20,000 litres), it’s equipped with SINOTRUK engine 266 hp as Mongolian plain topography. For the truck, it’s very high grade. It equips with air conditioner, power window, roomy cabin space, 11.00R20 tyres(radial tyres, super wearable), etc.
The truck will be used in mining place to reduce the dusty situation there, so it equips wit front flushing, side sprinkling, rear spraying and water cannon shooting system. All these functions are driven by high quality water pump through PTO.

LPG dispensing truck is used to transport and refill liquefied petroleum gas. In Aug. 29th, 2019, SPV is dispatching 2 units of 20,000 litres LPG dispensing trucks to Djibouti. Client will get LPG from station and refill the gas to hotels, resturants, factories, etc.
These two LPG dispensing trucks are using Chinese top chassis brand SINOTRUK which is famous for the durability. LPG tanker is made of 12 mm strengthened steel to stand the pressured gas. As trucks will refill other gas tankers, so there is gas pump, gas dispenser, hose reel, nozzle equipped. To avoid the high temperature caused by sunshine, there is shield on top of tanker. The other basic accessories are: safety valve, emergency shut-off valve, thermometer, pressure gauge for the safety use.

SPV got order for 6 units of sewage vacuum tank bodies from loyal Myanmar client, who bought 8 units of garbage compactor bodies in 2016.
Normal sewage vacuum tank truck is using PTO to drive the vacuum pump. As Myanmar client only need the body superstructure, so we designed to use a hydraulic motor to drive the vacuum pump. For the vaccum pump, we adopt famous Italy brand BPP, which is super efficient. It makes the truck to fill tank within 5 minutes.
According to Myanmar clients requirements, they want the body to be shipped by CKD(completely knocked down). The will assemble they together in their own workshop. CKD is much complex than manufacturing a whole truck. To avoid mistakes and missiong parts, we made a extra tank to test and counting parts.
After receiving the CKD in Myanmar, clients paid 3 workers on-site training for one week. We tought the workers how to assemble, assembling tips, etc. All the superstructure bodies are fitted well and nice shape.

Road sweeper truck is widely used in sanitary filed. It's much more efficient than manual work. SPV is very good at manufacturing sanitary trucks, such as: road sweeper truck, road jetting truck, water spraying truck, etc. In July, 2019, SPV will ship 2 untis sanitary trucks - road sweeper truck Dongfeng and road jetting truck Dongfeng to Brunei. They will be used in a big maintainance workshop.
To suit the local driving requirement in Brunei, this road sweeper truck Dongfeng is right hand drive. It has 2 cbm water tank and 6 cbm dust tank. The water tank is used to spraying water while the sweeper is working. Sweeper will raise lots of dust when it's sweeping garbage, there is several sprayer abover the sweeper spraying water to deduct dust, and the suction plate at rear will suck the water and garbage together into the dustbin tank.
After we finished production, Brunei clients came to our factory for on-site inspection. They are very satisfied with our prodcution and promised there will be many orders after using these two trucks in their workshop.

No need manual work. To keep safety, there is two rotation beacon at both side of beam. Behind the cabin, there is a high jetting gun with chair. It's used to cleaning station board, buildings, etc. At the back of truck, there is high and low spraying bar, water cannon. At the left side of truck, there is a hand controlled high pressure gun.

Fuel and Lube truck is very popular in construction site, mining site, etc. It not only has fuel tank which could refuel machinery but also has grease barrels to do lubrication work for the machinery.
In middle June, 2019. SPV will dispatch one off-road fuel & lube truck SINOTRUK to Papua New Guinea. It will work in mining place, so it equips with 266 hp engine and 14.00R20 tyres to suit for the bad road situation.
The fuel tank capacity is 2,500 litres with Euro-type manhole, bottom valve, flow meter, hose reel, etc. According to clients' requirements, the 6 grease barrels will loading 6 different lubricant, such as transmission oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, engine oil, grease, etc. There is a Cummins generator, 220V, 380V power socket equipped, it could be connected outer equipment to work, very convenient. The air compressor is Chinese top brand which is conect with grease pump to do lubrication work.

SPV got order of 2 units of helicopter refueling truck from Panama client in February, and finished production in June. These two helicopter refueling truck used off-road 4X4 SINOTRUK chassis. Super suitable for bad road situation.
The tank of these two helicopter refueling truck is stainless steel material, 5 mm thickness. On the tank top, there is Euro-type manhole, preventing fuel leakage in case the tanker is over rolled; pressure/vacuum vent integrated, adjusting air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; anti-fill sensor; alluminium handrail, etc. There is stainless steel emergency bottom valve equipped at tank bottom, preventing fuel leakage in case of accident.
How to laod fuel? From top manhole or bottom loading system API with vapor recovery system.
How to discharge fuel? There is stainless steel pump for overhead delivery with aviation special hose 20 meters x Φ 1.5" and nozzle. As it's helicopter refueling truck, it also equips with filteration system, filtration separation, sample valve, etC.
Before we dispatch trucks, Panama clients visited our factory and inspected the trucks, they are very satisfied with our truck and promised will build long-terms business with us.

In May 26th, SPV shipped one unit ISUZU 6,000 Liters Fuel Tanker Truck to Shanghai port, which will arrive at Palau end of June and will be used to transport diesel fuel from dock to local fuel storage tank.
This truck is equipped with fuel tank, fuel pump, dispenser and flow meter, which can be used to pump fuel and show discharge quantity.
For the truck chassis, we are using ISUZU 4HK1 turbo engine (190 HP) and ISUZU manual transmission box (6 front gears & 1 reverse gear). We also equipped original ABS system to improve truck brake performance for better safety.
By the way, it’s the second order we got from the same client. First order is two units sewage vacuum truck from last year.

In May, 2019, SPV is shipping 5 units of SINOTRUK trucks to Mongolia, it includes: 2 units of swing arm garbage truck, 2 units of fuel tanker truck and 1 unit of water spraying truck. It's third order from this Mongolian clients who is among the top construction company in Mongolia. We got their first order of 8 units of ISUZU trucks in 2016.
These two swing arm garbage trucks are customized as clients want the dustbin to load recyclable garbage and unrecyclabe garbage seperately. So we designed two compartments and two doors for discharging different garbage.

In May, 2019, SPV finished 5 units of SINOTRUCK trucks production for Mongolian clients. These trucks are 2 units of 24,000 litres fuel dispensing truck, 1 unit of 20,000 litres water spraying truck and 2 units of 5 CBM swing arm garbage trucks.
For this water spraying truck Sinotruk(20,000 litres), it’s equipped with SINOTRUK engine 266 hp as Mongolian plain topography. For the truck, it’s very high grade. It equips with air conditioner, power window, roomy cabin space, 11.00R20 tyres(radial tyres, super wearable), etc.
The truck will be used in mining place to reduce the dusty situation there, so it equips wit front flushing, side sprinkling, rear spraying and water cannon shooting system. All these functions are driven by high quality water pump through PTO.
