To guard safety of truck, SPV adopts 4 outriggers instead of 2 front outriggers. To make the operation more convenient, SPV adopts overhead control panel with chair for the crane.

The lowest temperature of Thermo King could be -29°. With independent diesel generator, this Thermo King refrigerator could work with truck engine turned off. What's more, there is a external power source along with the power system, it means the refrigerator unit could also connect with electric power to work.

Dongfeng is famous Chinese chassis brand. It's popular oversea due to good qaulity and competitive price. For this sewer vacuum truck, it equips with Cummins engine 190 hp, 10,00R20 tyres, 8 speed forward and 1 reverse gearbox. The sewer tank has oral shape, with one manhole, one suction valve and two discharge valves.

A powerful vacuum pump is set under tanker, vacuum rate is approaching 93%. There is two sight glasses, one is behinde cabin for easily watching by driver, another one is at rear of tank. At top of tank, there is anti-overfill valve which could alarm when tank is nearly fullfilled. When hearing the sound, drive need to stop sucking sewer into tank.

Congradulations! SPV got order of 13 units dry powder water foam fire trucks IVECO from Gabon. SPV finished this order on time and shipped these truck by RORO vessel.

This dry powder fire truck consists of 8,000 litres water tank, 1,000 litrs foam tank and 500 kgs dry powder tank. There are four nitrogen cylinders placed in the front of equipment box. They will blow dry powder out from tank. Pump Station locates at the rear of the truck. It’s equipped with operation instruction panel which will be used to monitor working conditions and pump operation. Water inlets are equipped on both sides for piping water into tank when connecting ground/underground fire hydrant or fire service trucks. The pump chamber equipped lighting system for night operation.

For the IVECO chassis, it carries world famous CURSOR engine 340 hp. Transmission: 12 speed forward, 2 reverse. Tyres: 315/80R22.5.

These fire trucks are all high configurated. SPV QC team tested all trucks one by one to guarrantee quality.

It was a special order for us, and we tried our best to produce this beautiful 5,000 liters liquid waste disposal truck as quick as possible with high quality. SPV team are so glad of made job because the customer fell in love with the end truck.

The superstructure installed onto the world famous chassis ISUZU 700P, engine power 190PS, Euro V, 235/75R17.5 radial tyres, super wear-resistant, and equipped with Italian sewage vacuum pump “Battioni Pagani Pompe”.

In May, 2021 SPV got new order from one of the biggest mining companies in Mozambique, to produce and delivery new customized Off-road Fire Engine Truck: 10,000 liters water 2,000 liters foam. The structure assembled with top Chinese chassis brand - Sinotruk 6x6, double cabin (allowed 2+6 persons), 336PS, 10-speed forward, 2-reverse, 14.00R20, radial tyre and super wearable tyres.

This truck is equipped with “Runva” 8 tons electric winch, which is very reputable and strong.

The truck is perfectly suitable for any kind of fire fighting situations. See pictures below:

SPV is good at fire truck, nowadays, we will dispatch one unit of 12,000 litres foam fire tank Sinotruk to DR Congo.

This fire truck consists of 10,000 litres water tank and 2,000 litres foam tank. It adopts famous Sinotruk chassis which is Chinese reputable heavy duty chassis brand. It equips with Sinotruk engine 336 hp, 10 speed forward & 2 reverse gear box, 11.00R20 radial tyres, double cabin which could allow 2+4 people.

For the fire fighting function, we adopt CB10/60 fire pump and water & foam combination monitor PS48. Fire pump flow rate: 60 L/s, fire monitor flow rate: 48 L/s. Other accessories along with truck please refer to below pictures. As Congo uses Germany type fire hydrant, so we specially equipped with all our couplings to Germany type.

This whole truck has nice shape and color, truck color could be costomized and logo could be painted according to clients instruction.

In March, SPV dispatched this beautiful designed garbage compactor truck FOTON(6 cbm) to beautiful country Maldives.

This truck adopts right hand drive FOTON chassis, with air conditioner, 141 hp Cummins engine, 6 speed forward & 1 reverse transmission, 7.00R16 tyres. This box capacity is 6 CBM with dustbin lifting device which could lift 2 units of 250 L dustbin at one time. After collecting garbage into tailgete, the scrapper plate will compact garbage into garbage box. When discharging garbage, the tailgate could be hydraulic lifted and ejection plate moves outside to push garbage out. All operations are electric and hydraulic control. Super efficient.

There are also 2 units sewage tanks which could collect waste water from dustbin. One is setting uncer tailgate, another one is under compactor box.

An emergency button is setting to stop movement of hydraulic system to guarrant safety.
