At end of December, 2021, SPV will ship 2 units refrigerator truck ISUZU to Peru. Refrigerator truck is used to transport material with low temperature. It adopts Thermo King self-powered truck refrigeration unit, which is idol solution for everything from fresh produce to ice cream and everything in between. Providing higher overall cargo flexibility and immediate value.

ISUZU chassis is world famous Japanese brand. These two refrigerator truck ISUZU adopt 130 hp ISUZU engine, euro 5 emission standard which is enviroment friendly. The box van adopts fiberglass as interior and external surface and isolation layer, total thickness of van wall could be 8 cm. 

The lowest temperature of Thermo King could be -29°. With independent diesel generator, this Thermo King refrigerator could work with truck engine turned off. What's more, there is a external power source along with the power system, it means the refrigerator unit could also connect with electric power to work.

In December, 2021, SPV dispatched 5 units sewage vacuum truck/ liquid waste disposal truck DONGFENG to Lianyungang port. These trucks will be shipped to Ethiopia throught Djibouti port.

Dongfeng is famous Chinese chassis brand. It's popular oversea due to good qaulity and competitive price. For this sewer vacuum truck, it equips with Cummins engine 190 hp, 10,00R20 tyres, 8 speed forward and 1 reverse gearbox. The sewer tank has oral shape, with one manhole, one suction valve and two discharge valves.

A powerful vacuum pump is set under tanker, vacuum rate is approaching 93%. There is two sight glasses, one is behinde cabin for easily watching by driver, another one is at rear of tank. At top of tank, there is anti-overfill valve which could alarm when tank is nearly fullfilled. When hearing the sound, drive need to stop sucking sewer into tank.

Congradulations! SPV got order of 13 units dry powder water foam fire trucks IVECO from Gabon. SPV finished this order on time and shipped these truck by RORO vessel.

This dry powder fire truck consists of 8,000 litres water tank, 1,000 litrs foam tank and 500 kgs dry powder tank. There are four nitrogen cylinders placed in the front of equipment box. They will blow dry powder out from tank. Pump Station locates at the rear of the truck. It’s equipped with operation instruction panel which will be used to monitor working conditions and pump operation. Water inlets are equipped on both sides for piping water into tank when connecting ground/underground fire hydrant or fire service trucks. The pump chamber equipped lighting system for night operation.

For the IVECO chassis, it carries world famous CURSOR engine 340 hp. Transmission: 12 speed forward, 2 reverse. Tyres: 315/80R22.5. 

These fire trucks are all high configurated. SPV QC team tested all trucks one by one to guarrantee quality.

This 4,000 litres refueling tank truck ISUZU is best seller this year. We got order from Ghana in August, 2021 and shipped it in Octomber, 2021. 

For this fuel truck, it equips with ISUZU 100P ELF chassis, which engine is 98 hp. Basic configuration is: 5 speed forard, 1 reverse transmission; 7.00R16 tyres; air conditioner, etc.

SPV fuel tank is designed by our outstanding, experienced engineer. From tank top to tank bottom, Euro-type manhole, aluminium handrail, emergency cut valve, anti-static belt, fire extinguisher, etc.

Microsurfacing paver:The slurry seal paver can mainly be applicable to the preventive maintenance of asphalt roads, and provide the road with a 3 – 15 mm thick thin overlay which plays a role of water-proofing, micro-crack-filling, improving the anti-skid performance and evenness of the roads, extending the service lifetime and etc; and it can also be applicable to the repair of wheel rut and the construction of underlayer sealing of a new road.

When discharging garbage, the tailgate could be hydraulic lifted and ejection plate moves outside to push garbage out. All operations are electric and hydraulic control. Super efficient.

There are also 2 units sewage tanks which could collect waste water from dustbin. One is setting uncer tailgate, another one is under compactor box.

An emergency button is setting to stop movement of hydraulic system to guarrant safety.

As drum barrels always carrying grease, diesel which belongs to dengerous material, so on the floor of van is anti-static rubber blanket. Along with truck, there are also extinguishers, anti-static belt, etc. to guarranteeing safety.
