In July, 2024, SPV was dispacthed 5,000 litres stainless steel water tank body to Brunei. This is a repeat order but it's a first order of water tanker body from our Brunei client.

First Container Was Loading in Factory (11 Units)

On July 6th, 2024, SPV have shipped 21 units of Refrigerator Truck SKD to Ghana with 2*40HC containers. This is a third orders from this client, who have ordered two fuel tankers in Jluy, 2023 and 10 units of refrigerated CKD in early, 2024. What a nice client!

SPV First Container Was Loading in Factory-2 (11 Units)

For this order, there are 3 different sizes of icebox CKD will equip with 3 different types of trucks. External size: 1. 3400 X1800 X 1900 mm; 2.4300 X 2000 X 2000 mm; 3.5300 X 2100 X 2100 mm. All of these trucks CKD are made of polyurethan meterials.

In February, 2024, SPV had exported 10 units of Refrigerated Truck SKD to Ghana. This is an repeat order from our client, who have ordered two fuel tankers in Jluy, 2023, and sailed to Ghana in October, 2023. 【Feb. 2024】To Ghana - 10 Units of Refrigerated Truck SKD

In Jan, 2024, SPV is dispacthing 13,500 litres vacuum jetting tank body to Brunei. This is the second order of vacuum jetting tanker body from our Brunei client.

For this vacuum jetting tank SKD, it has 2,500 litres water tank for high pressure jetting and 11,000 litres sewage tanker for collecting sewer. We adopt imported Germany high pressure pump PINFL and imported Italy vacuum pump BPP.

As client's Mitsubishi FUSO chassis only has one set PTO to drive vacuum pump, we add auxiliary engine to drive high pressure pump in front of tank.

Such superstructure SKD needs more professional skill, we need to design the tanker according to chassis drawing that clients provide.

【Jan. 2024】To Brunei - Repeat Order of Vacuum Jetting Tanker(13,500 litres)

SPV loyal Brunei client placed repeat order of 12 CBM garbage compactor SKD in Oct, 2023 and we finished production in November.

SPV got this first order of 2 umits of garbage compactor bodies(11 CBM) in Octomber, 2019. They will use right hand drive Mitsubishi chassis to mount 10 CBM garbage truck body.

For these 11 CBM garbage compactor bodies, as clients want to mounted on Mitsubishi chassis which wheelbase is only 5080 mm, our engineers spent lots of time on designing as usually the wheelbase should be 3950-4500 mm. We always made the best choice to guard good qaulity. For the multi-way valve, we adopted Italy brand which is super durable.

As there are many kinds of bins in Brunei, we designed the bin lifter to be multi-functioned. It could lift 120-240 L dustbins with comb, 660 L-1100 L dustins with trunnion and 150L steel round bin.

Afer we finished the whole bodies, we mounted them onto our chassis to test the function. Then we disassembled the tailgate and the bin lifter to make sure the whole unit could be put into 40" HQ. It's very difficult job to put them into container as they are not regular objects. Thanks to our loading team, they loading them with crane and forklift truck successfully.

As there are many kinds of bins in Brunei, we designed the bin lifter to be multi-functioned. It could lift 120-240 L dustbins with comb, 660 L-1100 L dustins with trunnion and 150L steel round bin.

Afer we finished the whole bodies, we mounted them onto our chassis to test the function. Then we disassembled the tailgate and the bin lifter to make sure the whole unit could be put into 40" HQ. It's very difficult job to put them into container as they are not regular objects. Thanks to our loading team, they loading them with crane and forklift truck successfully.

【Dec. 2019】To Brunei – 2 units of Garbage Compactor Bodies (10 CBM)

SPV got order for 6 units of sewage vacuum tank bodies from loyal Myanmar client, who bought 8 units of garbage compactor bodies in 2016.

Normal sewage vacuum tank truck is using PTO to drive the vacuum pump. As Myanmar client only need the body superstructure, so we designed to use a hydraulic motor to drive the vacuum pump. For the vaccum pump, we adopt famous Italy brand BPP, which is super efficient. It makes the truck to fill tank within 5 minutes.

According to Myanmar clients requirements, they want the body to be shipped by CKD(completely knocked down). The will assemble they together in their own workshop. CKD is much complex than manufacturing a whole truck. To avoid mistakes and missiong parts, we made a extra tank to test and counting parts.

After receiving the CKD in Myanmar, clients paid 3 workers on-site training for one week. We tought the workers how to assemble, assembling tips, etc. All the superstructure bodies are fitted well and nice shape.

【Aug. 2019】To Myanmar – 6 units of Sewage Vacuum Tank Bodies (4,000 Litres)

SPV has plenty experience of manufacturing superstructure only. We have exported garbage compactor body, vacuum tank body, fuel tanker body, etc. Whether it's semi knocked down shipping or complete knocked down shipping, SPV could satisfy your requirements.

In March, 2019, SPV will export 4,000 litres fuel tanker body to Malaysia. The tanker body is stainless steel with 4mm thickness. There is level gauge at middle of tank, flow meter and 2 sets of hose reel. As Malaysia is right hand driven country, clients will buy the ISUZU chassis theirself and put on our SPV fuel tanker.

【Mar. 2019】To Malaysia - Fuel Tanker Body (5,000 litres)

From Sep. 16^th to 23^rd, SPV two engineers and one salesman are in Myanmar preforming training on garbage compactor assembly. Two months ago, SPV sold 8 units of garbage box bodies to this Myanmar company, which is a vehicle manufacture in local place. Just after they got the bodies, our workers left for their workshop to help them assemble the bodies on Mistsubishi chassis as their requirements on the contract.

The chassis were Mitsubishi Fuso from Japan and the CAD superstructure was from SPV factory. After studied the Mitsubishi chassis carefully, our engineers designed the garbage box capacity of 12 CBM.

We already assembled the garbage loading system in our factory so the assembling work in Myanmar was much easier and faster.

The Myanmar workers were very industrious and also eager to learn. With their help, it only took five days that we had assembled and mounted the whole superstructure.

We believe that we will have many chances to cooperate in near future.
