In Nov, 2024， SPV have dispatched 4 units of ISUZU Chiiler trucks (4 Tons) to Kazahkstan, this is a repeat order from our client, who have bought 2 units of ISUZU Reefer Van Truck in Feb, 2024. For this time, we transported these refrigerator trucks by 2 units of flatbed trucks, it takes 4-5 days to delivery to Horgos border port.

For this order, we adopted with ISUZU Chassis 120 HP with steam dome and 4 tons capacity van box. The material of refrigerator van boxes are fiberglass reinforced plastic and polyurethane foam, these two kinds materials are main used in manufacturing frozen vehicle's materials. More views about these two types of materials as below:

Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP)
The application of fiberglass plates in refrigerated trucks is mainly reflected in their sandwich structure. The interior of the refrigerated truck's compartment panel uses a Z-shaped reinforced rib structure, and the inner and outer surfaces are made of fiberglass. The core of the internal panel is made of rigid polyurethane foam material. This material has the following advantages:

High strength: Fiberglass plates have high strength and can withstand significant external forces.

Good anti-corrosion performance: Fiberglass plates have good anti-corrosion performance and are suitable for humid environments.

Lightweight: The density of fiberglass sheet is light, which helps to reduce the overall weight of the vehicle.

Polyurethane foam (PU)

Polyurethane foam is mainly used for heat preservation in refrigerated vehicles. Its advantages include:

Good thermal insulation effect: polyurethane foam has low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect, and can maintain a low temperature environment for a long time.

Low cost: Compared with other thermal insulation materials, polyurethane foam has lower cost and is suitable for large-scale production and use.

Light density: polyurethane foam has light density, which helps reduce the weight of the whole vehicle 2

【Nov. 2024】To Kazakhstan – A Repeat Order for 4 Units of Chiller Trucks ISUZU (4 Tons)

In the end of Octomber, SPV dispatched 10 units of ISUZU reefer van trucks to a Afrcia Country, all of these 10 units of refrigerator trucks are assembled by 4*4 wheel drive ISUZU chassis and 2 tons capacity of Reefer Van Boxes. The client use these trucks to transport seafood from seaport to seafood processing factory. To help the seafood stay fresh during the transportation, it's important that the materials of van boxes and the refrigerator units would maintain the right tempurature, The refrigerator units of these trucks can keep the temperature below -20°C degrees. Each of the cold room truck equipped with 22 pcs of fish boxes, very easy to carry fish or other seafood from seaport to the factory.

【Oct. 2024】To Afrcia – 10 Units of ISUZU Freezer Trucks

In this month, we transported 2 units of ISUZU chiller van trucks to SHANGHAI Port by a flat bed truck, the 2 units of ISUZU reefer trucks (5 Tons) will sailing to a caribbean country. These 2 refrigerator trucks are adopted with ISUZU KV600 chassis, ISUZU 130Hp engine, aluminium Internal & external surface with polyurethane foam betwwen them, it's poweful for temperature controling.

After all freeze trucks are finished, our engineers and workers will take one day or more days to test the cooling system, ensure the refrigerator units in the truck are working well. For these 2 cooling trucks, we equiped with Thermo King RV780 refrigerator unit, make it's easy to cool down in short period of time.

【Sep. 2024】To Caribbean Country – 2 Units of ISUZU Aluminium Reefer Trucks

In the early of March, 2024， SPV have dispatched 2 units of ISUZU reefer trucks (4 Tons) to Kazahkstan, this order is placed by a new client. Usually, summer is the best sell season of refrigerated van truck, but this client palced this order in end of January, he preparing for his business plan in advance.

When we get this order, the Chinese New Year will coming soon, we'll have a long holiday, but the client was wish to receive these frozen trucks asap, so our arranged our engineers and workers to design and produce these trucks urgently.

【Mar. 2024】To Kazakhstan – 2 Units of Refrigerator Trucks ISUZU

SPV is dispatching ISUZU cargo van truck with 2 tons tailgate lifter at rear. This truck will be used in African country Sierra Leone. Since there is too rare bulk vessel or RORO vessel to Sierra Leone, so we shipped this cargo van by flat rack container.

At right side wall, there is a single door. At end of box, there is double opened doors. According to client's special requirements, there are hook rings on side walls, so they could transport furniture, boxes, etc. There are 2 lights inside of box for night usage.

For the ISUZU chassis, it equips with ISUZU engine 190 hp, with 6 speed forward & 1 reverse gearbox.

【Nov. 2022】To Sierra Leone - Cargo Van with Tailgate ISUZU

At end of December, 2021, SPV will ship 2 units refrigerator truck ISUZU to Peru. Refrigerator truck is used to transport material with low temperature. It adopts Thermo King self-powered truck refrigeration unit, which is idol solution for everything from fresh produce to ice cream and everything in between. Providing higher overall cargo flexibility and immediate value.

ISUZU chassis is world famous Japanese brand. These two refrigerator truck ISUZU adopt 130 hp ISUZU engine, euro 5 emission standard which is enviroment friendly. The box van adopts fiberglass as interior and external surface and isolation layer, total thickness of van wall could be 8 cm.

The lowest temperature of Thermo King could be -29°. With independent diesel generator, this Thermo King refrigerator could work with truck engine turned off. What's more, there is a external power source along with the power system, it means the refrigerator unit could also connect with electric power to work.

【Dec. 2021】To Peru - 2 Units of Refrigerator Truck ISUZU

SPV got an order for vaccine truck in Jun, 2020 from Mongolian clients. This year, because of the epidemic situation, vaccine truck, ambulance, fire truck, water spraying truck are on hot sales.

Vaccine truck is special purpose refrigerator truck. As the vaccine should be transproted between 2° to 8°, so the refrigeration unit should cool the van in summer and heat the van in winter. Besides the multi-fucntion refrigeration unit, vaccine truck should also have 5 walls ventilating slots and temperature & humidity recorder.

The bottom wall inside the van is cosisiting of high-density aluminium slots. The other four walls slot is make of stailess steel.

According to clients requirments, the van inside dimension is 6500*2300*1800 mm and the external dimension is 6700*2500*2000 mm.

【Jul. 2020】To Mongolia - Vaccine Truck FOTON(10 Tons)

Fuel and Lube truck is very popular in construction site, mining site, etc. It not only has fuel tank which could refuel machinery but also has grease barrels to do lubrication work for the machinery.

In middle June, 2019. SPV will dispatch one off-road fuel & lube truck SINOTRUK to Papua New Guinea. It will work in mining place, so it equips with 266 hp engine and 14.00R20 tyres to suit for the bad road situation.

The fuel tank capacity is 2,500 litres with Euro-type manhole, bottom valve, flow meter, hose reel, etc. According to clients' requirements, the 6 grease barrels will loading 6 different lubricant, such as transmission oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, engine oil, grease, etc. There is a Cummins generator, 220V, 380V power socket equipped, it could be connected outer equipment to work, very convenient. The air compressor is Chinese top brand which is conect with grease pump to do lubrication work.

Armored truck is also called cash truck which is used to transport cash. To keep the safety of the guards and workers, the van material of armored truck is bullet proof. In June, SPV is shipping 1 unit of cash truck to South Africa.

SPV trucks has been famous among Africa countries for years. We have sold trucks to South Africa, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Malawi, Cape Verde, Congo, Botswana, etc...

For this armored truck, it uses the world famous chassis ISUZU. It's ISUZU 600P series, power is 120 Hp, wheelbase is 3360 mm. The whole dimension of this truck is 5900*1900*2450 mm, and the volume of cash van is 2750×1790×1535 mm, total 7.4 CBM.

For the top van body, it's very high grade. There are monitor screen to show the live situation of cash van and rear back. The van body for workers and the window are all bullet proof. There are escape window at the roof of cabin and there are air conditioner and outlets at the rear seats of cabin.
