SPV manufactured 1 unit of garbage compactor truck ISUZU(8 CBM) in April, 2018 and client from Cape Verde visited SPV for inspection. After seeing our big factory, advanced workshop and nice product, this client placed 2 more trucks and we are shipping them in May.

For this 8 CBM garbage compactor truck ISUZU, it’s equipped with ISUZU engine 4HK1-TCG40, 190 Hp. It’s Euro IV emission standard using DOC technology, so no need Ad blue. The transmission is ISUZU MLD 6 speed forward gearbox with 1 reverse. Other configuration are: 8.25-20 tyres, air brake, air conditioner, etc.

As we are very profession of manufacturing garbage trucks, this client ordered 1 more unit of garbage compactor truck ISUZU(12 CBM) while we were manufacturing these 2 units of garbage trucks. We would finish and ship that 12 CBM garbage truck in June.

According to client’s requirement, these two garbage compactor trucks should be the same lifting device as the former one, it should be able to lift small dustbin with front receiver which need comb lifting device, it should also be able to lift big dustbin with trunnion which need trunnion arm lifting device. As all these dustbins are EN dustbins, so we should design the combination hydraulic lifting device according to the EN dustbins.

SPV got an order from Philippines Light Rail Corporation for 1 unit of fire apparatus ISUZU and dispatched it to Shanghai port for Manila, Philippines on December 22th, 2017.

This fire truck is using world famous ISUZU chassis with double cabin. It has high class specifications, such as: ISUZU engine 4KH1-TCG40 (power: 120 hp, displacement: 2999 ml); ISUZU MSB transmission(5-speed forward, 1 reverse); air conditioner; steering assistant, etc.

For the top body, this fire apparatus has super amazing configuration. It has aluminium frame and stainless steel water tanker. The core fire pump is Chinese top Rongshen, model: CB 10/20, flow rate: 20 L/s, pressure: 1.0 Mpa. The fire cannon on top body is Chinese top Weisite, model: PS20W, flow rate: 20 L/s, shooting range: 48 meters.

There are four aluminium rolling doors at both side of truck and one at back. All fire fighting accessories are equipped, they are: fire extinguisher, fire hose, hose bandage, hose hook, hose protector, bubber hammer, fire axe, handed lamp, strainer, water separator, water collector, DC gun, blossom water gun, foam gun, coupling wrech, suction hose wrech, underground fire extinguisher wrench, ground fire hydrant wrench, etc.

SPV got an order of 4 units of special trucks in September from Latin American clients, which are: off-road refueling truck(4X4), off-road water sprinkler truck(6X6), off-road lube truck(4X4), cargo truck with crane(6X4). We are dispatching these trucks to Shanghai port in November.
 
Client will use this refueling truck to refuel their hundreds of trucks in mining place, so we chose Sinotruk 4X4 off-road chassis, which engine is 266 HP, super powerful. The tyre is 14.00R20, radial tyres, very wearable for mining use.
 
This refueling tank truck has capacity of 10,000 litres. To make whole truck in high class, we adopted famous American fuel pump – Blackmer, European manhole, emergency bottom, etc for this truck. As truck need to refuel other trucks, so there are flow meter and fuel trigger nozzle with hose reel setting at right side of truck. There are rear ladder for easily access to top of tank, anti-slip walkway and handrail on top of tank to security of safety.

In September, 2017, SPV got an order of 4 units of special trucks from Latin American clients, which are: off-road water sprinkler truck(6X6), off-road fuel truck(4X4), off-road lube truck(4X4), cargo truck with crane(6X4).

This water sprinkler truck adopted Sinotruk 6X6 off-road chassis, Sinotruk engine with 266 hpwhich and super wearable 14.00R20 tyres, these super factors could made the truck suit for kinds of rough road situation, even in desert. So it will be absolutely okay for mining place.
 
As it’s a water sprinkler truck, so it equips with front sprayer, rear sprinkler, side sprayer, water cannon. Tank capacity for this truck is 10,000 litres. There are manhole for filling water from tank top, rear ladder for easily access on top of tank.
 
A high efficient water pump driven by PTO is assembled under the chassis. Flow rate could get to 1000 litres/min.

Good news form SPV overseas department that SPV got an order of 4 units of special trucks in September from Latin American clients, which are: cargo truck with crane, off-road refueling truck(4X4), off-road water sprinkler truck(6X6), off-road lube truck(4X4). All trucks are finished in November and will be shipped to Shanghai port on 20th, Nov.
 
This cargo truck with crane is adopting Sinotruk 10 wheels chassis, with Sinotruk engine 266 Hp, 10 speed forward with 2 reverse transmission, 11.00R22.5 tyres(super wearable). All these configurations are high class, making the truck very strong and suitable for miming place.
 
The crane on the truck is Chinese top brand – XCMG, as it only to lift cargos that are under 3 tons, so we recommend 3.2 tons crane. It has one maim boom and one telescopic boom. The max. working range is 5.36 m, the max. lift height is 6.6 m, the min. rated working range is 2.1 m.

Garbage compactor truck is widely used to collect rubbish from uptown, factory, park, etc. It could lift dustbin automatically, compact garbage into small volume and discharge garbage automatically. So compactor garbage truck is very popular because of it's high efficiency.

In November, 2017. SPV is shipping 1 unit of garbage compactor truck Sinotruk(6 CBM) to Pakistan. It will be used in residential area to collect household garbage. According to clients’ requirements, we also equipped 6 units of iron garbage container which has big capacity of 660 L.

This garbage compactor truck is equipped with automatically dustbin lifting device, garbage compaction system, garbage discharging plate, etc. It’s totally a wise machine for life.

And as clients said, it’s just the beginning. If truck works well in their local place. There will be continuous orders. We believe the big order will come soon.
