This fuel tank is of 4,000 liters capacity. The whole tank and all piping systems are made of stainless steel 304. It is equipped with Euro-type manhole, which locks the tank safely in case a roll-over situation; on the manhole, pressure/vacuum vent integrated, which can adjust air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; on tank top, aluminum handrails and anti-slip check plate stepboards are equipped for operator's safety. There are inner baffles inside the tank to prevent longitudinal surge during moving. Level gauge is installed on tank side to let the operator see easily how much balance fuel inside tank. Anti-static belt and anti-static pole are both equipped to lead the static onto the ground to ensure operation.

This fuel tanker is equipped with bi-pump systems - both mechanical pump and electrical pump. The mechanical pump is composed of PTO (power take of from vehicle engine), mechanical pump, flow meter, stainless steel piping and stainless steel outlets, long hoses. It can used to discharge fuel quickly to a higher place by 2 hoses, which are put in the hose trays along tank sides. It can also discharge fuel by long 15M hose with nozzle, which is installed in the rear compartment.

The electrical pump system is composed of electrical pump, flow meter and hose reel with 15M long hose. The electrical pump is imported originally from America - Tuthill Fillrite. It is one of the best fuel delivery solution brands in the world. Flowing capacity is 20 gallons per minute (equals 75 liters per minute). A flow meter of same brand Tuthill Fillrite is equipped to calculate the refueling quantity. The hose reel with 15 meters high quality hose with refueling trigger is equipped for convenient refueling operation, even in long distance.

To Ghana – Stainless Steel Mini Fuel Truck ISUZU (Capacity: 4,000 liters) in Jan.6, 2016

Thanks a lot for the kindly trust, we got a second order of truck mounted crane after a week of the first order of ISUZU aerial platform truck from a Ghana customer. Customer is moved by our professional knowledge of trucks and our honest working tide, That’s the reason he placed orders without hesitation.

For this truck mounted crane, as customer want to put a 20 foot container on the cargo box, so we adopt foldable type crane for loading and unloading the container. As for the crane, we choose Chinese no.1 brand – XCMG, which is very durable and powerful, and the max. lifting capacity is 5,000 kg, good for loading and unloading an empty container.

Considering the container will slide in the cargo box while driving, our engineers designed fitments at the four corners of platform to fasten the container. Customer was very satisfied with that design and believed we are really professional manufacturer.

To Ghana - one unit of Dongfeng self loader truck shipping in December, 2015

After half month communication, the nice customer from Ghana placed a order of ISUZU aerial platform truck which max. working height is 18 meters to our SPV company. Customer wired 30% deposit on 30^th, October hoping we could produce as soon as possible because they need it urgent.

SPV is very good at manufacturing aerial platform and owns a good reputation in and out of China. That is why customer choose us as partner. Customer nominated ISUZU chassis for the truck as it is very durable and powerful.

For the working platform, we adopt Chinese high class hydraulic system to ensure the safety. To ensure the stability when doing aerial work, there are also four strong hydraulic outriggers equipped. They must be extended before lifting hydraulic arms. There are also many devices to reinforce safety, such as emergency hydraulic pump, double – way hydraulic lock, balance valve, etc.

To Latin America - One More Unit of JAC Dump Truck (8CBM) in Nov. 2015

On September 2^nd, 2015, 11 units of 4x2 dumpers (10m3) producing with JAC rigid chassis were ready for shipment from Tianjin port, China to Lati America.

The 10cbm dumpers powered by 180Ps (132Kw) diesel engine and engine displacement is of 6494ml. The dump trucks have air conditioners inside cabin, equipped steering system, 8 forward gears and 2 reverse transmission, wheelbase is 3800mm, tire size is 10.00R20 16PR, front axle maximum capacity is 6,500kg and rear axle maximum capacity is 13,000kgs, the dumpers loading capacity can up to 15tons.

The dumper bodies were made of high-strength steel, dump box size is of 4500x2300x1000mm (10cbm). The 15tons dumpers install middle-lifting hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system is driven by truck engine through PTO.

With China chairman - Mr Xijinpin’s visit to Latin America in middle of 2014, three of Chinese automobile companies (JAC trucks, Qirui car, Yutong bus) have achieved big orders. JAC won a big order of 5239 units of heavy-duty trucks for Latin America Transport Bureau.

This order covers lots of special vehicles - 450 units of water tank trucks, 400 units of tippers, 50 units of road sweepers,650 units of refrigerators, 350 units of van trucks, ……. and 1639 units of semi-trailers. It is the biggest heavy-duty truck order in China in recent years. We are luckily selected as subcontractor for 450 units of water tankers (also called as water tank trucks, truck tankers, camion cisterna, camion cisterna agua, water lorries, water transfer trucks)  for our reliable quality and considerate solution.

1) The first shipment of 50 units of our water bowsers are shipped on Nov.17, 2014, a big ceremony was held in Shanghai port before launching.

4) The fourth shipment of 100 units of JAC water bowsers were sent to Zhangjiagang port, China during May.24-26, they will be loaded onto huge Korean vessel on May.30 and shipping to Latin America.

All these water tank trucks are manufactured by following high technology with strict quality control.

1. Use standard steel material with enough thickness (no minus tolerance) from China famous steel plant, Special thicker material for bulkhead, ensuring long service life.
2. Global famous HONDA gasoline engine, super powerful, suction capacity 6M, delivery head 21M (it can pump water to 21M height, about 7-stories high), quick speed as 35 cubic meters per hour, (around 10 liters per second) ,convenient operation, fuel efficient, superb reliable.

After this fourth shipment, total 300 units of JAC water tank trucks are already shipped. For the whole order of 450 units, there are still 150 units to be manufactured and shipped. It is scheduled to finish all until July to August, 2015.

On August 2, one unit of IVECO diesel fuel tanker truck (22,000litres capacity) for Angola was accepting inspection before delivery.

The diesel fuel tanker truck was produced with rigid IVECO-GENLYON chassis. In April 2015, SPV Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. has received another documentary letter of credit from Deutsche bank for supplying one more liquid waste disposal truck Foton (10,000 liters). The irrevocable letter of credit is issued by Bunna International Bank S.C. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

After receiving L/C, we started production immediately. Last week, we finished production. On Monday, we invited China Automobile Inspection Bureau to come to our factory to make inspection on this liquid waste disposal truck Foton. The officers from this bureau made detailed inspection, including testing approach angle, departure angle, wheelbase, testing vacuum pump, etc. Our truck has passed the inspection successfully. With test report, we are applying inspection certificate for pre-shipment inspection with CIQ (China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau). Now all procedures are finished, the truck will be sent to Shanghai port soon. As L/C stipulated, this truck will be shipped by ESL (Ethiopian Shipping Lines).

This is almost the 20^thliquid waste disposal truck (also called as liquid waste suction truck, septic tank truck) shipped to Ethiopia since the first unit was shipped in 2010. The first client from Ethiopia, Samson, has imported one unit of septic tank truck from SPV Special Vehicle Co., Ltd.in 2010. Two months after his receipt and trail-use of the vehicle, he sent his comments that the truck is amazing, all of us love it, and the vacuum pump is very good, much more powerful than our local one, we are very satisfied with it. Many of our friends are also interested in this liquid waste disposal truck.

Then, in next 2 years, he has ordered 3 units more. At same time, many of his friends from Mekelle, Ethiopia have ordered the same truck. One individual client has ordered 4 units, and another has ordered 3 units. These are friends of Samson, who has first imported this truck. And with more and more liquid waste disposal trucks are put in use in Ethiopia, the friends and relatives of the 2^ndclients group have ordered this truck with us.

From 2010 to 2015, we have kept shipping same liquid waste disposal truck to Ethiopia, totaling around 20 units.

With China chairman - Mr Xijinpin’s visit to Latin America in middle of 2014, three of Chinese automobile companies (JAC trucks, Qirui car, Yutong bus) have achieved big orders. JAC won a big order of 5239 units of heavy-duty trucks for Latin America Transport Bureau.

This order covers lots of special vehicles - 450 units of water tank trucks, 400 units of tippers, 50 units of road sweepers,650 units of refrigerators, 350 units of van trucks, ……. and 1639 units of semi-trailers. It is the biggest heavy-duty truck order in China in recent years. We are luckily selected as subcontractor for 450 units of water tankers (also called as water tank trucks, truck tankers, camion cisterna, camion cisterna agua, water lorries, water transfer trucks)  for our reliable quality and considerate solution.

The first shipment of 50 units of our water bowsers are shipped on Nov.17, 2014, a big ceremony was held in Shanghai port before launching.

Due to Karasu border (border between China and Tajikistan) will open at early of April, 7,8,9, so we dispatched 3 units of our ready-made fire fighting trucks out on Mar. 24 after retesting and reinspection one by one again. n July 2014, Mr Xi Jinping, chairman of Peoples Republic of China, visited Latin America. Chinese local brand automobile company - Qirui Automobile, JAC automobile, Yutong bus benefit a lot from his visit.

On July.24, JAC Automobile (Hongkong) Co.Ltd. announced that they have achieved a three-party agreement with Latin America transportation and traffic department, CORPOVEX S.A. on 5239 units of heavy duty trucks, valueing US$2.7 billion. It is the biggest deal of China heavy duty trucks exporting overseas in recent years. The trucks will be delivered by lots within 365days from signing date.

In this project, with our years’ strong and professional special vehicle manufacturing ability and considerate plan arrangement, after tough competition, we are finally luckily selected as sub-contractor on 450 units of water tank trucks, manufacturing water tank superstructures and related fitting.

In August and September 2014, Our sample truck has passed strict quality audit by JAC quality audit team and we are finally awarded the contract and started bulk manufacturing.

Nov. 17, 2014 is an important day that the first 200 units of trucks will be on board the huge RORO vessel, shipping to Latin America. To memorize the great moment, JAC held a grand launching ceremony in Shanghai port, China.

As an invitee, our manager, Ms Irene Chene, witness the great, exciting hour that 200 units of trucks including our first 50 units of water tank trucks launching and boarding at Shanghai, China port. With the great sound of firecrackers and drums, the trucks are driven onto the vessel one by one. They will sail for South America and arrive Puerto Cabello port in 40days.

We were proud of being selected as manufacturer for such a huge project. This project has brought us too much – tough working, sweat and tears, hard overwork, pride and self confidence, friendship and success. Cheers for everybody’s efforts.

To South Africa - Vacuum sewage trucks (16,000 liters) in 2013

In Nov. 2013, we have shipped out 4 units of road sweeper bodies to Surabaya port, Indonesia. These bodies are designed and manufactured to suit HINO DUTRO (130HD) chassis of right hand drive, which customer buys from local Indonesia. They will assemble the bodies onto the chassis in their own workshop.

The main bodies are composed of auxiliary engines, garbage bodies, air blowers, hydraulic systems, electrical control systems, etc.

The garbage bodies are of stainless steel material, which ensures long service life. The auxiliary engines are superb reliable - JMC brand of ISUZU technology. The air blowers are very powerful, also made of stainless steel with high abrasive-resistance. The hydraulic systems and electrical systems are of top brands in China.

To save sea cost and for quick delivery, we used container load. And this loading way protects the bodies well, not affected by corrosive sea water.
