2-axle flatbed semi-trailer(also called tandem flatbed trailer,40 foot flatbed semi -trailer, 40 feet flatbed semi-trailer,tri-axle axle flatbed trailer, 40 foot flatbed trailer, 40 feet flatbed trailer, flatbed trailer, flat bed trailer, platform trailer ) is used to transport 20ft and 40ft ISO shipping containers, as well as woods, machines and heavy equipment. The trailer is a flat platform on top of 2 axles, it has an entirely flat, level body without sides or roof.
According to axles, flatbed semi-trailer could be divided into: 2-axle, 3-axle and 4-axle.
According to the special functions, flatbed smei-trailer has normal flatbed trailer, step deck trailer, flatbed trailer with tilted ramps and extendable flatbed semi-trailer.
