In May 26^th, SPV shipped one unit ISUZU 6,000 Liters Fuel Tanker Truck to Shanghai port, which will arrive at Palau end of June and will be used to transport diesel fuel from dock to local fuel storage tank.

This truck is equipped with fuel tank, fuel pump, dispenser and flow meter, which can be used to pump fuel and show discharge quantity.

For the truck chassis, we are using ISUZU 4HK1 turbo engine (190 HP) and ISUZU manual transmission box (6 front gears & 1 reverse gear). We also equipped original ABS system to improve truck brake performance for better safety.

By the way, it’s the second order we got from the same client. First order is two units sewage vacuum truck from last year.

【May. 2019】To Palau - Fuel Tanker Truck ISUZU (5,000 litres)

In May, 2019, SPV is exporting 5 units of SINOTRUCK trucks production for Mongolian clients. These trucks are 2 units of 24,000 litres fuel dispensing truck, 1 unit of 20,000 litres water spraying truck and 2 units of 5 CBM swing arm garbage trucks.

Trucks are dring to Chinese border Erenhot, after inspection by clients there, trucks will go to Mongolia. These two fuel trucks will refueling machinery in mining place.

All our fuel trucks are high quality. The tanker is 6 mm thickness. With Euro-type manhole, emergency cut valve, anti-static strape, etc. It equips with Chinese top fuel pump, flow rate: 1000 L /min.

【May. 2019】To Mongolia - 2 units of Fuel Dispensing Truck SINOTRUK

Aluminium tanker has advantages such as: anti-rust, light weight, etc. So it's famous for fuel transporting. SPV has a large advanced aluminium tanker workshop with capacity of manufacturing 50 units aluminium per month.

In March, SPV will dispatch 2 units of 4 axles aluminium fuel tanker semi-trailers with capacity of 45,000 litres to Mauritius, a beautiful island country in southern Africa.

These 2 unists aluminium fuel tanker semi-trailers are very high configuration. They are equipped with FUWA 13 tons axles with FUWA air suspension, with lifting front and rear axles. Tyres are 315/80R22.5, super durable.

At the begining of 2019, SPV sold 10,000 litres refueler truck ISUZU to Somalia. The truck will support deliverying fuel for big fuel company in East Africa.

This 10,000 litres refuler truck ISUZU, is equipped with 190 hp ISUZU engine, 4HK1-TCG40; ISUZU MSB gear box, 6 speed forward, 1 reverse; aire conditioner is equipped and the steering has power assisted. Whole truck is very high configuration.

In November, SPV shipped 4 units of IVECO dump trucks and 1 unit of IVECO water sparying truck to Malawi which is third repeat order. And at the middle of December, SPV will ship IVECO garbage compactor truck IVECO to Zambia.

This IVECO fuel tank truck is equipped with CURSOR engine, 380 Ps, displacement: 8709 ml, super powerful. Wheelbase is 4325+1350 mm. Transmission is 12 speed forward, 2 reverse. Tyres are 12.00R20, super durable.

Capacity of this fuel truck is 20,000 litres. It has normal configuration, like: handrail at top of tanker to guard safety, Euro-type manhole to lock the manhole in case of emergency rollover, emergency bottom valve to lock all valves in case of emergency rollover.

To Saint Kitts and Nevis - Fuel Tank Truck ISUZU(4,000 Litres) in July, 2017.

Just two days after SPV finished the order of Forland water bowser on May 11, our friendly customer from Saint Kitts and Nevis placed another order of one unit of mini fuel truck(2,000 lires). On this sunny Thursday, we packed these two trucks into a 40 foots container, and they will by shipped to Shanghai port to catch the vessel to Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Both the water sprinkler truck and fuel truck are using Forland chassis, which is famous Chinese local brand. It has been proven to be strong and durable for many years. Forland trucks are very popular among Asia and Africa.

The water bowser is used for irrigation, so it is equipped with sprayers, sprinklers and water cannon. It is small water sprinkler truck with capacity 4,000 litres, about 1,000 gallons.

The fuel truck is very mini with capacity 2,000 litres. Though it is small fuel truck, it is equipped fuel pump for quick loading and discharging fuel.

This fuel tank is of 4,000 liters capacity. The whole tank and all piping systems are made of stainless steel 304. It is equipped with Euro-type manhole, which locks the tank safely in case a roll-over situation; on the manhole, pressure/vacuum vent integrated, which can adjust air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; on tank top, aluminum handrails and anti-slip check plate stepboards are equipped for operator's safety. There are inner baffles inside the tank to prevent longitudinal surge during moving. Level gauge is installed on tank side to let the operator see easily how much balance fuel inside tank. This fuel tanker is equipped with bi-pump systems - both mechanical pump and electrical pump. The mechanical pump is composed of PTO (power take of from vehicle engine), mechanical pump, flow meter, stainless steel piping and stainless steel outlets, long hoses. It can used to discharge fuel quickly to a higher place by 2 hoses, which are put in the hose trays along tank sides. It can also discharge fuel by long 15M hose with nozzle, which is installed in the rear compartment.

On August 2, one unit of IVECO diesel fuel tanker truck (22,000litres capacity) for Angola was accepting inspection before delivery.

The diesel fuel tanker truck was produced with rigid IVECO-GENLYON chassis. GENLYON is designed based on the IVECO European HCV technology, passed the ECER29 test, the cab drives from IVECO STRALIS with wide sight view and panoramic working space. SPV has received advance payment from Ghana client for 4 units of mini fuel tanker trucks ISUZU (capacity: 3,000 liters) at end of April, 2015. In about one month, SPV has finished production.

These fuel tanker trucks use global famous chassis ISUZU - left hand drive, air conditioner equipped, power-assisted steering; with ISUZU 4JB1CN engine (power: 98Hp/72KW, displacement 2771ml), meeting Euro 4 emission standard, environmentally friendly; with ISUZU MSB manual gear box (5-speed forward, 1-reverse). The maximum speed could be 105KM/hour. This ISUZU chassis 100P is one of the best mini light chassis in the world. ISUZU China has guaranteed no overhaul within 100,000Km.

These fuel tankers are of 3,000 liters capacity, equipped with Euro-type manhole, which locks the tank safely in case a roll-over situation; on the manhole, pressure/vacuum vent integrated, which can adjust air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; manual emergent bottom valve is also equipped, in case an accident, you can easily shut off the bottom outlet of the tank, preventing fuel flowing out. There are inner baffles inside the tank to prevent longitudinal surge during moving. Anti-static belt and anti-static pole are both equipped to lead the static onto the ground to ensure operation.

This ISUZU fuel tank truck is for GNPC - Gambia National Petroleum Company. The tank capacity is 15,000 Liters with 5 compartments (1000L, 2000L, 3000L, 4500L, 4500L). It is funny that there is one compartment of only 1,000 liters. But it is fact that always, Gambian clients need many compartments. In early of 2013, for "TOTAL" company, we have ever done 11 compartments for 36,000 fuel tank semi-trailers.

Please do not be surprised at the top structure on the tank. It is a special design to carry additional 10 tyres for spare which customer orders. We used canvas to protect from sunburn on long sea voyage. And, the metal carrier can be dismantled very easily (only take off some screws), with instruction diagrams included.

This ISUZU chassis carries very powerful and reliable ISUZU diesel engine of 175Hp, Euro III, no overhaul within 100,000km. As for the tank, 5 Euro-type manholes, breather invent valve integrated (adjust airpressure in the tank to keep tank safe), emergent bottom valves, ladder, high quality and anti-static hoses, anti-stastic belt and pole, walkway, etc. are all equipped.
