We usually see 2 axles and 3 axles semi-trailer on road, but 4 axles semi-trailer, that is rare. In order to carry 50,000 litres oil, the oil tank semi-trailer is required to be built with 4 axles. This order of 8 units of oil tank semi-trailers was placed by a Sudan customer at middle of October, and the semi-trailers will be shipped to Sudan at the last day in 2015.
These 4 axles oil tank semi-trailers are really big ones. And they are divided into 8 compartments averagely for transporting different oil. Each compartment could carry 6,2500 litres (1,650 gallons) oil.
