A customer from West Africa has placed an order of 4 units of fuel trucks ISUZU (capacity: 3,000 liters) on SPV special Vehicle Co., Ltd. at end of April.
 
We booked the chassis with ISUZU China. As you know, ISUZU is a famous Japanese brand. ISUZU Japan manufactures right hand drive in Japan. ISUZU China is a joint venture between ISUZU Japan and China, manufacturing left hand drive chassis in China. The ISUZU chassis we are manufacturing these fuel trucks with are made by ISUZU China. These chassis are manufactured by following exact ISUZU drawings from Japan, sharing same manufacturing techniques, under strict quality control and monitor. They carry exact same logo ISUZU, use universal parts (exchangeable with ISUZU Japan). The quality and performance is as excellent as Japanese origin.
 
This chassis is of very high standard – carrying ISUZU 4JB1CN engine (power: 98Hp/72KW, displacement 2771ml), meeting Euro 4 emission standard, environmentally friendly; with ISUZU MSB manual gear box (5-speed forward, 1-reverse). The maximum speed could be 105KM/hour. This ISUZU chassis 100P is one of the best mini light chassis in the world.

Our tanker is of 3,000 liters capacity, equipped with Euro-type manhole, which locks the tank in case a roll-over situation; on the manhole, pressure/vacuum vent integrated, which can adjust air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; manual emergent bottom valve is also equipped, in case an accident, you can easily shut off the bottom outlet of the tank, preventing fuel flowing out. There are inner baffles inside the tank to prevent longitudinal surge during moving. Anti-static belt and anti-static pole are both equipped to lead the static onto the ground to ensure operation.

We use electrical pump imported from America, brand Tuthill Fillrite. It is one of the best fuel delivery solution brands in the world. Flowing capacity is 20 gallons per minute (equals 75 liters per minute). A flow meter of same brand Tuthill Fillrite is equipped to calculate the refueling quantity. A hose reel with 15 meters high quality hose with refueling trigger is equipped for convenient refueling operation, even in long distance. There is also an outlet of gravity flow in the pumping box, where long hose of big diameter with cam lock can be connected for quick discharging of all fuels from the tank.
 
Now these 4 units of fuel trucks are on manufacturing in our assembling workshop; will move to paint workshop soon after finish. They will be ready within 10 days. Due to it is small size, it is very convenient to travel on city roads and lanes.
