| SPV shipped 2 units of dilute nitric acid tank semi-trailers to Latin America in October 2019. SPV is a professional manufacturer covering a full range of tank vehicles, including water sprinkler trucks, fuel tankers, chemical liquid tank trailers, LPG tank trucks, vacuum sewage tank trucks and more. These two semi-trailers are specially built for acid transportation. The tank is fabricated from stainless steel, with a 5 mm plate for the tank shell, 6 mm thickness for dished heads and 3 mm internal baffles. All connecting pipes, valves and discharge outlets are stainless steel to resist acid corrosion. Each tank has a capacity of 35,000 litres. The trailer is equipped with 3 axles from China’s reputable FUWA brand, each axle with a load capacity of 13 tons. Multiple safety features are adopted. Safety handrails are arranged on the tank top for operator protection. A Φ4-inch stainless steel emergency cut-off valve is installed on the tank bottom. It can seal the tank rapidly in the event of an accident to avoid leakage risks. The electrical system is 24V, configured with a 7-pin connector and LED lighting. Rear assembly includes orange turn signal lights, red brake lights and white warning lights on both left and right sides. Orange side marker lamps are mounted at regular intervals along the trailer body as running warnings. |
