| SPV completed the delivery of two custom‑built Dongfeng pesticide spraying trucks (10,000 litres) to Fuzhou China in November 2019. This domestic project was commissioned by a local enterprise running a large‑scale landscaping business. Complying with China’s prevailing Euro 5 emission requirements, both vehicles are equipped with 180‑horsepower Euro‑5 Cummins engines. Each truck comes with a 10 000‑litre tank. Beyond its core pesticide‑spraying function, the unit inherits full capabilities of a conventional water sprinkler truck, covering front spraying, side spraying, rear spraying and water cannon jetting. This dual‑role design delivers high multi‑functional value for landscaping fieldwork. We implemented targeted optimizations based on the customer’s real‑world operational pain points. The client pointed out that manually switching the front sprayer on and off during road travel created operational inconvenience. To solve this problem, we adopted pneumatic control for the front spray assembly. Operators can turn the front sprayer on or off without leaving the driver’s cabin. The left and right side sprayers support independent or synchronous activation, substantially improving operating convenience. The rear‑mounted pesticide sprayer runs on a standalone diesel generator. It is remote‑controllable, with automatic rotation and up‑and‑down angular adjustment. This allows operators to deliver pesticide spray toward virtually any direction, bringing excellent flexibility for large‑area landscaping pest‑control work. |
