| In March 2021, SPV delivered a well-designed Foton 6 CBM garbage compactor truck to the Maldives.It's built on a right-hand drive Foton 4x2 chassis, it comes with air conditioning, powered by 141 HP Cummins engine, 6-forward +1-reverse transmission and 7.00R16 tyres. The 6 CBM compactor body has a bin lifter that can lift two 250L waste bins at once. Waste enters the tailgate hopper and is compressed by the scraper plate. For discharge, the tailgate opens hydraulically and the ejection plate pushes garbage out. All functions adopt electric & hydraulic control for high efficiency. Two sewage tanks collect wastewater from waste bins: one under the tailgate, the other under the compactor body. An emergency stop button is fitted to cut off hydraulic movement and guarantee operator safety. |
