| SPV has completed another order for an 8 CBM garbage compactor body for our client in Brunei. The same client previously purchased 2 units of 10 CBM rubbish compactor bodies from us in October 2019. They will fit this 8 CBM compactor body onto a right-hand-drive Mitsubishi chassis. SPV has rich export experience in compactor superstructures. Back in 2016, we supplied 8 unit of trash compactor truck bodies to Myanmar as CKD (Completely Knocked Down) kits. The units were assembled locally under on-site guidance from our engineers. For this 8 CBM compactor body project, our engineers only had chassis drawings without physical access to the chassis, which required extensive design work. We prioritize quality at every design stage. We select durable multi-way valves from an Italian brand for long service life. Given the wide variety of waste bins used across Brunei, we engineered a multi-functional bin lifter. It can handle: - 120–240 L comb-type plastic bins - 660–1100 L trunnion-style bins - 150 L round steel bins Once manufacturing of the compactor bodies was completed, our QC team mounted the superstructure on a test chassis to run full functional verification. |
