On April.16, 2012, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Department of Environment, has announced a new tender for procurement of Vehicle for Vacuum Cleaner Truck. The fund is from Climate Change Trust Fund.
 
The complete project name is Implementation of Waste Reduce, Reuse and Recycling (3R) Pilot Initiative at Gulshan, Gonobhaban (Mohammadpur), Dhanmondi & Azimpur in Dhaka and Nasirabad & Khulshi in Chittasong Cities (Phase-l).
 
Actually this procurement had been tendered from 2 years ago. Some bidders had submitted with European-made road sweepers, but price was too high; some bidders had submitted cheap quotes, but quality was inconvincible. The purchaser was unable to find proper submits with acceptable price and convincing quality, so it was finally nullified.
 
It is retendered after 2 years and the chance came to us. For this tender, we have provided vehicle engine performance certificate, auxiliary engine test bench report, broom performance report, sweeping and cleaning videos --- the perfect working finally touched and convinced the end user, so we are awarded the contract.
 
After finishing production, the Bangladesh government delegation of 5 people came to our factory for inspection. After checking vehicles comparing with tender specification sheet row by row, especially after witnessing the perfect performance of trial sweeping on the street, they were very satisfied and signed the acceptance letter and approved the shipping.
