SPV manufactured 1 unit of garbage compactor truck ISUZU(8 CBM) in April, 2018 and client from Cape Verde visited SPV for inspection. After seeing our big factory, advanced workshop and nice product, this client placed 2 more trucks and we are shipping them in May.

For this 8 CBM garbage compactor truck ISUZU, it’s equipped with ISUZU engine 4HK1-TCG40, 190 Hp. It’s Euro IV emission standard using DOC technology, so no need Ad blue. The transmission is ISUZU MLD 6 speed forward gearbox with 1 reverse. Other configuration are: 8.25-20 tyres, air brake, air conditioner, etc.

As we are very profession of manufacturing garbage trucks, this client ordered 1 more unit of garbage compactor truck ISUZU(12 CBM) while we were manufacturing these 2 units of garbage trucks. We would finish and ship that 12 CBM garbage truck in June.

According to client’s requirement, these two garbage compactor trucks should be the same lifting device as the former one, it should be able to lift small dustbin with front receiver which need comb lifting device, it should also be able to lift big dustbin with trunnion which need trunnion arm lifting device. As all these dustbins are EN dustbins, so we should design the combination hydraulic lifting device according to the EN dustbins.

It equips with air conditioner, power window, roomy cabin space, 11.00R20 tyres(radial tyres, super wearable), etc. To suit for the road situation in PNG, it’s right hand drive.
 
As it’s a water spraying truck, it equips wit front flushing, side sprinkling, rear spraying and water cannon shooting system. All these functions are driven by high quality water pump through PTO.

There are 2 sets of brooms at both side of road sweeper truck. The whole truck is high grade, such as JMC high efficient auxiliary engine, 78 Hp; imported motor; Chinese famous blower, etc.

The sweeping capacity of this road sweeper truck ISUZU is 42,000 m3/h. The max. sweeping width is 2800 mm.

SPV got an order from Philippines Light Rail Corporation for 1 unit of fire apparatus ISUZU and dispatched it to Shanghai port for Manila, Philippines on December 22th, 2017.

As you know, IVECO is a world famous brand from European. FIAT IVECO Italy has built a joint venture with one of the oldest heavy duty vehicle manufacturers (Hongyan) in China. They manufacture a IVECO series of truck which inherits from European IVECO on both internal and exterior; it is manufactured by following exact European IVECO’s drawings, using universal parts and under their strict monitoring and inspection standard. The most important, it carries superior powerful heart – the world first class IVECO cursor engine with power 310hp, 340hp, 380hp, 420hp available. It shares same trend as Europe.

This IVECO dump truck is right hand driven with IVECO Cursor engine, 380 Hp. It also equipped with air conditioner, electronic window, 12 speed forward and 2 reverse gear box, 12.00R20 tyres, etc. All the specifications make whole truck very good performance and durable.

For the dumping box, we used high class strenghtened steel board, 8 mm thickness for the side board, 10 mm thickmess for the floor. For the hydraulic cylinder, we adopted world famous HYVA cylinder, very powerful and strong. Dimension of tipping box is 5600 * 2300 * 1500 mm, which could carry 19 CBM materials.

Flatbed semitrailer is used to transport big machinery, such as asphalt paver, excavator, etc. Usually it's width is 2500 mm, but if the machine is over 2500 mm, how to transport it? Our clinet from Malawi got this problem on transporting 3200 mm width paver and asked us for help. And he found the right person. We have extendable flatbed semitrailer.

This extendable flatbed semitrailer have below advantages:
1. Loading capacity: 40 ton.
2. Platform length: 9.5 meters.
3. Width: 2.5 meters with extensions to 3.5 meters.
4. With air suspension to suit bumpy road. (it can automatically adjust to maintain the surface horizontal left and right even bumpy road.)

6. Hydraulic control for both extension bars and rear ramps.
7. Remote control with 10 meters.
8. Axle: it is a special series axle certified for Australian market, rated load is 11.5 ton. Its rod is round type, however, other normal one is rectangle type, it is much much more stronger. One axle capacity is 11.5 ton, its extreme design limit is 3 times. This axle price is much more expensive than 16 ton normal type. 
9. Tyre: 235/75R17.5, small tyre to achieve lower gravity during transportation.
10. With two folded hydraulic ramps, the loading angle could be 9 degree.
11. With a lot of twist locks, it can also be used to load containers.

After seeing our pictures, our Malawi client placed order immediatly as this is the right truck they want. And for the tractor head, we recommend tractor head IVECO with 430 HP power, which enable they to transport machinery even on tough roads.

The tractor head IVECO advantages:
1. World famous CURSOR engine, super big power: 430 hp.
2. Transmission: 12 speed forward, 2 reverse.
3. Tyres: 315/80R22.5


And the extendable flatbed semitrailer have below advantages:
1. Loading capacity: 40 ton.
2. Platform length: 9.5 meters.
3. Width: 2.5 meters with extensions to 3.5 meters.
4. With air suspension to suit bumpy road. (it can automatically adjust to maintain the surface horizontal left and right even bumpy road.)
5. Loading  platform height: 950mm
6. Hydraulic control for both extension bars and rear ramps.

8. Axle: it is a special series axle certified for Australian market, rated load is 11.5 ton. Its rod is round type, however, other normal one is rectangle type, it is much much more stronger. One axle capacity is 11.5 ton, its extreme design limit is 3 times. This axle price is much more expensive than 16 ton normal type. 
9. Tyre: 235/75R17.5, small tyre to achieve lower gravity during transportation.
10. With two folded hydraulic ramps, the loading angle could be 9 degree.
11. With a lot of twist locks, it can also be used to load containers.

Cement semitrailer is a kind of tank semitrailer which is used to transport bulk dry powder. It is widely used in construction field. In July, SPV got an order from South America of 1 unit of 35 CBM cement semitrailer. According to client's requirements, SPV designed this dry powder semitrailer and finished it in one month.

This cement semitrailer is consist of 3 axles which capacity is 13 tons. Total dimension is 10420 x 2500 x 3920 mm. GVW is 39,600 kgs and kerb weight is 10,500 kgs. All tyres for this cement semitrailer are 11.00R20 which are radial tyres, super wearable.

There is an auxiliary engine and air compressor equipped for loading and unloading dry powder. Other spare parts, like 6 maintenance kits for aire compressor and 1 set of all filters are included.

Dump truck is very popular this year. Good news from SPV overseas department, we are shipping 5 units of JMC small dump trucks to Philippines in Aug, 2017. This is the first time to ship trucks to this country.
 
These JMC dump trucks have capacity of 3.5 m³(box dimension: L* W* H 3800 * 1900 * 500 mm). 4mm thickness of floor board and 3 mm thickness of side board makes truck strong enough to carry sand, dirt, earth, etc. Trucks are equipped with JMC engine which is using ISUZU technology, 62 KW (84 HP), very powerful. Gear box of truck is 5 speed forward with 1 reverse. Tyre of truck is 7.50-16, good enough for a 3.5 cbm dump truck.

Road recker truck is used to transport brocken down truck or other equipment. Nowadays, we finished 1 unit of road wreck truck  JMC to Myanmar in June, 2017. And will ship it at the end of this month.
 
This road wrecker truck's flatbed payload is 2.8 tons with 1.5 tons towing capacity. Engine is Chinese top brand Yuchai with power 140 Hp. At the beginning of April, SPV oversea department shares a good news – they finished an order from Malawi client for 6 units of IVECO trucks(2 units of water spraying trucks and 4 units of dump tipper truck).
