With China chairman - Mr Xijinpin’s visit to Latin American in middle of 2014, three of Chinese automobile companies (JAC trucks, Qirui car, Yutong bus) have achieved big orders. JAC won a big order of 5239 units of heavy-duty trucks for Latin America Transport Bureau.

This order covers lots of special vehicles - 450 units of water tank trucks, 400 units of tippers, 50 units of road sweepers,650 units of refrigerators, 350 units of van trucks, ……. and 1639 units of semi-trailers. It is the biggest heavy-duty truck order in China in recent years. We are luckily selected as subcontractor for 450 units of water tankers (also called as water tank trucks, truck tankers, camion cisterna, camion cisterna agua, water lorries, water transfer trucks) for our reliable quality and considerate solution.

The first shipment of 50 units of our water bowsers are shipped on Nov.17, 2014, a big ceremony was held in Shanghai port before launching.

The second shipment of 50 units of our water tankers are shipped in Jan. 08, 2015 from Lianyungang port, China.

Now the third shipment of 100 units of these tankers are ready in our factory, and will be sent to Zhangjiagang port, China soon. They will be loaded onto huge vessel of Korean Glovis vessel on April.17, sailing to Latin America.

All these water tank trucks are manufactured by follwing high technology with strict quality control.

1. Use standard steel material with enough thickness (no minus tolerance) from China famous steel plant, Special thicker material for bulkhead, ensuring long service life.
2. Global famous HONDA gasoline engine, super powerful, suction capacity 6M, delivery head 21M (it can pump water to 21M height, about 7-stories high), quick speed as 35 cubic meters per hour, (around 10 liters per second) ,convenient operation, fuel efficient, superb reliable.

3. All valves are of Aluminum material, nice appearance and easy being operated.
4. The hoses are of wire braided and fiber reinforced to resist both tension and suction strength. For long sunshine time in Venezuela, the hoses are made specially uvioresistant.

5. The U-shape bolts are all galvanized.
6. The hose tray locks are all stainless steel.
7. The side bumpers are of special strong material.
8. Aluminum curtain doors are used for pump box, easy operation and luxurious looking.

9. Tank sand blasting.
10. Two layers of prime and paint.

These water tankers (water bowsers) stand for very high quality standard in China and same as international trend. We believe end users will be very satisfied with these tankers. And these tankers will relieve the water shortage and draught situation in Latin America a lot.

For the user’s convenience, we specially made user’s manual in Spanish language and operation instructions in Spanish for these water tankers. We will go for on-site training in Latin America if end users demand.

After this third shipment, total 250 units of water tank trucks are already shipped. For the whole order of 450 units, there are still 200 units to be manufactured and shipped. It is scheduled to finish all until July to August, 2015.
